Intelligent heat dissipatio

The LED specifics is that they do not radiate heat into the environment, but conduct it into the LED housing. Thus, heat dissipation path consists of a series of thermal resistances: the housing heat sink – printed circuit board – radiator – surrounding space.

The LED itself begins to degrade at a temperature above the recommended norm. LED housing phosphor coating is also destroyed. The light quickly burns out and needs to be replaced.

It is competent heat dissipation that is a guarantee of long-term service of lights. Radiators for LEDs should be made of alloys with high thermal conductivity and heat capacity. Aluminum alloys have these properties. We use aluminum in the manufacture of printed circuit boards for LEDs, as well as for light housings.

We work only on boards. LEDs layout on the board allows for many times more efficient heat dissipation and guarantees many years of service – more than 50,000 hours of continuous lighting without loss of light quality.
